What we measure on this website, what we do not keep, and how to ask for your data or have it deleted.
Who is responsible
Agusero S.R.L. (CUIT 30-71930809-7), Bonpland 2214, C1425, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. For any question about your data, message us on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 3004-0753.
What we measure
To count visits, to know how many people tap the WhatsApp, Directions and menu buttons, and where they came from (for example, Instagram or Google), we use:
- Google Analytics: visit statistics and statistics on those taps.
- Metricool: visit statistics, for the business social media dashboard.
- Meta Pixel: to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram; it lets Meta know when someone taps WhatsApp.
- Microsoft Clarity: to see anonymously how the website is used (where people tap and how far they scroll, with recordings of visits) and improve it.
These tools use cookies and receive technical data about the visit (such as the page, the device and the browser), under their own privacy policies. You can block cookies in your browser.
What we do not keep
The website does not store personal data: there are no accounts and no forms sent to a server.
To book, the website builds a WhatsApp message that you send yourself: it does not ask for your name or details, and no personal data goes in the page address. The conversation continues on WhatsApp.
What stays on your phone
Your browser remembers the language you chose and, during your visit, where you came from (for example, Instagram), so we know which channel brings us bookings. This stays on your phone or computer. When you tap WhatsApp, the measurement tools receive where you came from, the language and what and where you want to book; never your name or your number.
The map on the home page is from Google Maps.
How to ask for your data or have it deleted
Message us on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 3004-0753 to ask what data we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
If we don't reply, you can file a complaint with Argentina's Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP), which oversees Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.
